CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE PROPOSAL?
Yes. The proposal is the initial starting point for creating your trip. We can continue to tweak it until you are pleased with the details.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO REACH YOU?
Email is preferable. You will get a response within one business day. If you need to chat in more detail, you can schedule a phone conversation. If you are traveling, our partners on the ground will be your initial point of contact and can most immediately respond to any questions that may arise.

I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THE TYPE OF VACATION I WANT. IS IT TOO LATE TO CHANGE?
We can certainly change the type of vacation you’d like to plan. However, because we create custom itineraries, there may be additional fees attached to any changes you’d like to make. Your travel advisor will alert to you any fees that may apply.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF THE INDIVIDUAL TRIP COMPONENTS?
Unfortunately, our exclusive contracts with our partners do not allow us to provide prices for individual trip components. The proposal will be priced as an entire package that includes complete pricing for the components discussed in the consultation. If the proposal must be revised, you will receive revised pricing for the package.

I’M READY TO BOOK MY TRIP. WHAT’S THE NEXT STEP?
Once you approve the proposal and are ready to move forward with the booking, we will send you a credit card authorization form to complete to begin to book your trip components.

CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS ON MY VACATION?
It is possible to make payments on your vacation. At the time you submit your credit card authorization form you will have an option to create a payment plan for your vacation. However, an option for a payment plan may not be available for trips booked within a specified number of days before departure. The timelines for full payment due vary by supplier. Also, all trip components may not be available to be included in a payment plan.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY TRIP?
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to ASM Essentials by email to contactus@asmessentials.com. Cancellations sent to any other address will not be processed. Costs may be associated with cancelling your trip and those costs vary per supplier. Supplier cancellation costs are in addition to any cancellation costs from ASM Essentials. Travel insurance is highly recommended in case you need to cancel or postpone your vacation. To the extent possible, proposals will include travel insurance and you will be required to accept or decline coverage before the components of your vacation are booked.

HOW WILL I GET MY FINAL TRAVEL ITINERARY AND DOCUMENTS?
Your final itinerary and any additional documents will available before departure. You will receive a digital and a hard copy of all your information.
