ASM Essentials is not arranging domestic or international airfare for this vacation. ASM Essentials does not involve clients in the process of assigning responsibilities for group travel, including arranging airfare. It is the responsibility of each group member to coordinate their travel details to and from the vacation points of origin. However, ground transportation will be provided as part of your vacation package.

Please note that an administrative fee of $75.00 per person will be charged to the card on file in case you require assistance from ASM Essentials with your confirmed domestic or international flight arrangements. This fee applies to changes in flight times, departure or arrival airports, and coordination of new arrangements due to missed flights, among other circumstances.

NCL Cruise deposit and payment information

  • Balcony Cabin – $1,734.71 per person, based on double occupancy
  • Oceanview Cabin – $1,316.71 per person, based on double occupancy
  • Inside Cabin – $1,117.21 per person, based on double occupancy

Gratuity Information

You have the option to pay gratuities in advance of your trip or once you board the ship. Cost information for your cruise gratuities is listed below.

  • Cabin gratuity is $180.00 per person.
  • Guest is responsible for 20% gratuities on the retail value of the Beverage and Specialty Dining Package.
    • The beverage package gratuity is $196.20 per person.
    • Dining package gratuity is $19.80 per person, per night (Balcony) and $11.80 per person, per night (Inside and Oceanview).

Deposit: $125.00 per person, due February 15, 2024
Remaining Balance: Due May 10, 2024

Singles within the group must pay 200% of the adult group fare. A child traveling as the second passenger pays the adult group fare.

Note: To assign names to cabins, both people sharing a cabin must deposit within seven (7) days. For example, Emma and Jane are sharing a room. If Emma places her cabin deposit on February 15, then Jane must place her cabin deposit on or before February 22.

How to Pay Your Deposit

Once you complete the sign-up form, the credit card that you provided will be charged for the deposit amount. If you wish to pay more than the deposit, you will have the option to authorize an additional amount to be charged to your credit card.

How to Make Payments toward Your Vacation

You have several options available to make payments toward your vacation. You can set up a payment plan and indicate the amount to be charged to your card on the dates that you prefer, you can make payments at will, or you can pay your vacation in full at any time on or before the final payment due date. You can submit payment through your Client Portal or a credit card authorization form. Links to both will be emailed to you once your Client Agreement Form is signed and filed.

pre-/post-cruise deposit and payment information

  • Pre/Post Cruise Hotels + Transfers – $1,089.00 per person, based on double occupancy
  • Optional Tokyo City Tour – $120.00 per person (min 10 people)*
  • Optional Bullet Train to Hiroshima w/ Overnight Hotel – $180.00 per person (min 10 people)*

*Selection for the Tokyo optional excursion must be confirmed by February 9, 2024.

Deposit: $150.00 per person, due March 15, 2024
Remaining Balance: Due June 10, 2024

Child traveling pays the same as the adult fare.

Inclusions in the above prices:

  • Hotel accommodation, based on double occupancy.
  • All transfers and transportation by private coach (Any individuals traveling outside the group arrangement must organize their transportation).
  • Arrival meet & greet guide assistance, departure guide assistance.
  • Meals as indicated on the itinerary, based on meals only (no beverages).
  • Service charges, room tax, Local tax/VAT, driver, guide expenses, and baggage handling.

Exclusions in the above prices:

  • Personal items
  • Optional Tours
  • Meals unless listed in the itinerary
  • Tips & Gratuities
  • Early check-in & late check-out of rooms (standard check-in time is 2:00 pm and check out 10:00 am local time)
  • Travel Insurance
  • Visa/passport handling fees
